----Original Message Follows---- Hey Chipmunk, I've done fairly well with this deck, but I need a name & can't come up with one I like, maybe you could help? It's got: 4- Bill 1- Oak 4- Energy removal 2- Energy retrieval 1- Computer search 3- Gust of wind 2- Scoop up 3- Plus power 3- Super energy removal 3-Scyther 3-Pinsir 2-Lickitung 2-Chansey 3-Bulbasaur 2-Ivysaur 2-Venusaur 3-double colorless 17-grass energy I have always placed in the top 3 (won 1, conceded 2, & placed 2nd twice, with this deck but would like to make it a little stronger, & still use the grass theme, any suggestions? Drop a venusaur? 1 dies & I still have1, drop an energy removal? add another double colorless? Some don't like lickitung, but I seem to have the luck of the coin toss most times? Can't seem to give up Venusaur. I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks! Beth _______________________________________________________________ IT'S YOU!!! j/k. For all those out there, this is someone that BEAT me in semi-finals justthe past weekend. That's right. I do have to say that I had 2 horrible hands, but that doesn't mean this deck isn't good. It's pretty good for a plant deck. For your trainers, I would probably cut a Bill and replace it with an Oak, so that you have more card drawing advantage. Plus, haveing just 1 Oak can let it fall into your goal cards, which will take out alot of speed(and I got to show you that in person. DANG THE RANDOMNESS!!!). You need a 4th D.C. energy, because most of your pokemon can use it one way or another. You have lots of removal, which helps with setting up, but the deck kinda goes onto top decking. It has some, but not complete, versitality. I would try to find a way to add more Comp. Searches and add a few Item Finders. You could cut 1 Energy Removal, and a few other cards you really don't need, but I'll leave that up to you. You can maybe try to formulate to Bulbasaur family, but that's about it. The deck is good as it is. Oh, and a name? How about "The Jungle"? Oh, and congrats on your win.
