Hey there. Could you please rate my deck, "Hay Denial"? I'd like to enter it in a tournament, but I'd like to see what other people think of it before that. So far I'm undefeated with it (well, once I decked), so here it is. Hay Denial Pokémon 4 Hitmonchan 4 Farfetch'd 3 Dratini 2 Dragonair Trainer 4 Bill 2 Professor Oak 3 Potion 2 Super Potion 4 Energy Removal 3 Super Energy Removal 4 Gust of Wind 2 Pokémon Flute Energy 18 Fighting 4 Double Colorless Thanks! Chimpman ------- Ok. It's come across to me that many people think that you either have to build a "cheesemaker" or a anit-haymaker to win tournies. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!! There are a few things I am going to cover. First, there is a difference between Haymaker and "CHEESEmaker". The main fact is this, Cheesemaker you don't have to think to win, Haymaker you do. And any Haymaker can beat a Cheesemaker just on these grounds. And there are decks that beat haymaker, like Potpurri(I still can't believe that this deck works), a well made stall, Disruptors, and others. It's about strategy. Don't make decks that go against specific decks, because it doesn't always work. Haymaker may be played alot, but that doesn't mean it always wins. Second, for all those out there that want to know, I am not undedeated anymore, in a way. Last Sun. I played at Rama Llama Comics . There were 98 people there. There were 7 rounds of swiss "age" pairings. I went 6-0-1, tieing to the Potpurri deck run by Scott Gerhart(is that how it's spelled?). Scott also went 6-0-1, so we were Co-Winners on Sunday. The problem was deciding who got the $50 in store credit, so we played 1 final game. Both of our brains were fried, so we played slowly. He got this GOd-like hand, and mine finally gave me the first crap hand I had gotten all day. I tried to recover, but could pull it off. My deck just didn't want to let me win today. It wasn't a sanctioned match, so we think that's why, but that's no excuse. I lost to someone, so I am not undefeated anymore, almost. If it was part of the tourny, then I wouldn't say almost, so I could say I still am. But, I am just showing you that nobody is god-like in this game, and anybody can lose. Even me. Although I want a rematch with a good hand(AGAIN SCOTT, AGAIN!) ----Original Message Follows----
