This is an excellent deck, at least in theory. Good
strategy and good execution. But one of the things I
notice is that you are severely weak to fire. This'll
take some fixing. Also, by my count you have 61 cards.
That's bad.

1) I like your Pokemon choices, and I can't argue
against any of them purely on principle. If you ask
me, though, I think you should seriously consider
replacing Beedrill with Nidoking. First of all, this
will help split your weakness. Second of all, while
Beedrill does more regular damage, I'd much rather
have automatic poison with 20 damage every turn.
Nidoking's higher retreat cost is more than made up
for by the extra HP, and by the incredible rate at
which Toxic siphons away your opponent's HP. In
addition, the Basic and Stage 1 forms are arguably
better than those of the Beedrill family. Next...well,
I suppose Tangela *does* fit into the "poison" theme,
but let's face facts--it's still a basic with 50 HP
and a 2 retreat cost. I'd rather take him out. If you
want the opportunity to screw your opponent over
backwards with status effects, then Venomoth is an
excellent card to put in--my brother plays this in one
of his decks and I absolutely dread its appearance.
We'll have to take out the Potions to do this, but you
said you didn't mind.

2) Trainers. The only thing that comes to mind here
are that those 2 SER aren't really that great,
and...of course...you NEED OAKS! Let's see...those 2
SER become 2 Oaks, those 2 Trader become 2 Computer
Searches, and the Potions are, of course, gone.
Normally I don't think Potion is THAT bad a card, but
you asked me to replace them with Pokemon, so I have
to assume that you've found you don't need them. Ditto
for the GOWs; when someone puts something like that in
a deck, I usually assume that they run into a lot of
situations where it comes in handy. So I'm leaving
them in.

3) Your energy looks okay. You didn't mention any
energy shortages, and it looks like you've got enough
energy, especially since so many of your Pokemon can
use the DCEs. If you do need card slots for Energy,
those PlusPowers should be the first to go. You might
also try changing the ratio of grass energy to DCE.
But again, you didn't mention any problems with this.

This deck has the potential to be extremely lethal.
Scyther and Pinsir help you get the quick damage if
and when you need it. Venomoth may use a coin flip,
but a Pokemon that's both Confused and Poisoned will
go under quickly--ditto for a Pokemon that's taking 20
damage every turn, which is what will be happening
after Nidoking gets through with it. You're still weak
to fire, but not nearly as much so, and most of your
fire-weak Pokemon have some sort of status effects to
make life difficult for even Fire decks.
