hey whats up
i just made this deck by trading for the cards but i think it could be better.
its strategy is removing your opponents energy.
well here it is:

pokemon 21

4 poliwag
3 poliwhirl
2 poliwrath

3 dratini
2 dragonair

3 psyduck
2 golduck

2 lickitung ( to stall i couldnt get chansey and i think he is a good
replacement. )

energy 27

23 water energy
4 double colorless

trainers 14

4 er
4 ser
3 bill
3 oak

This is okay, but it could use some changes.  The first thing I notice is
that you have 62 cards.  And you have a lack of trainers.  You'll need to
drop some of the Pokémon for trainers, and I would take out the Dragonair
family.  First, the Poliwhirl and Golduck have high energy costs for the
removal attacks already, and you probably won't be able to get Dragonair
powered up fast enough.  Also, his first attack is dependant on coinflips,
which is bad because the unpredictability makes it unreliable.  So take them
out and add one Bill.  Since most of these attacks deal fairly low damage,
some pluspower would help.  SER are good, but remember that you have to
discard an energy too, and this can be a problem with a lot of them in your
deck.  Two or three SER normally works, so take two out and add three
pluspower.  Three would be good, but you need more room for other trainers,
and the energy removing attacks will make up for it.  Take out a double
colorless and add two Com. Search.  Lastly, I'd switch the Lickitung for
Kangaskhan; he can stall, card drawing is always good, and he can deal some
high damage if necessary.  So here's the finished deck-

Pokémon 16

4 Poliwag
3 Poliwhirl
2 Poliwrath

3 Psyduck
2 Golduck

2 Kangaskhan

Energy 26

23 Water energy
3 Double colorless

Trainers 18

4 ER
2 SER
4 Bill
3 Professor Oak
3 Pluspower
2 Com. Search

The problem I see is lack of high damage, so you might try using dewgong in
place of golduck.  If it seems like you aren't dealing enough damage, switch
to dewgong.  Other than that, it looks okay.

                                                Good luck,
