Lol, Marty and TR Shadow fixed the same amphy deck, so 
I started feeling left out on the whole lightning theme.... Thus, while 
scrolling through deck submissions, this deck caught my eye.... Lol, I get to 
fix a Dark amphy deck, ph33r ;x   
Dear Cassidy- 
Recently I heard you were promoted to a deck mech on the Pojo and while I 
was a tad envious I was also really proud that finally a female player like 
myself was getting recognition in the gaming world because it isn't an easy 
thing.  Neither is making original decks that win anymore, it seems what 
with all the Kingdras, Steelixes and Magcargo decks out there now.  But I 
wanna be different and I cannot get this deck to work!  LOL  I've 
tweaked it at least four times now and everytime it just tanks so I figured you 
could help a fellow girlie gamer out and get this deck to work....please! 
 :)  Basically the strategy is to use the Dark Ampharos to it's 
fullest by whatever means necessary.  It's a good card and people agree it 
is but I can't get it work to save my life....so anything you can do would be of 
great help.

Firstly, you mentioned double gust twice, so 
I'm assuming that's a typo (or at least I hope it is O.O ).  You're still 
over one card if I'm counting correctly, but that's ok, we'll fix that later... 
Pokemon: 
Good God there's a 
Smoochum in this deck *cowers in fear*.   Lol, I really don't like 
Smoochum much for removal-- Flips really suck, they never come out to your 
advantage when it counts =\.  So ditch them, add another cleffa (in MMF 
it's best to take advantage of the few draw cards out there), add 2 genisis 
gligar for TecH vs. Tyrouge,  and 2 Tyrouge because TRC just likes Tyrouge 
in MMF/Standard/Modified/Whatever it's being called now.  The amphy line 
looks pretty good, but I've talked it over with some friends, and we think that 
the Neo2 Mareep(headbut) would work better in this deck. The reason being is 
that, first of all, Neo2 has more HP. Second, with the Genisis Mareep, you 
gather lightning through its first attack. More lightning on Mareep = More 
lightning to discard when evolved to Amphy.  Our goal is to discard only 1 
lightning from Amphy per attack if possible. 
Trainers: 
All right, max out on the Bills, Elms and Traders.  Thought 
Wave Machine.... *sighs* This card is to flip oriented.  And I also don't 
like the whole "Your turn is over" thing.  It CAN be potentially 
devistating to your opponent if you get REALLY lucky, but odds are you just 
waste your turn =\.  Change the bands to Gold Berries and add one. I like 
Gold Berry better in MMF, and if you happen to come up against a 'rouge, you can 
always send up gligar.  Drop 2 Energy Charge--again, flip oriented, so one 
should be fine just in case.   
Energy: 
Amphy only 
needs one Lightning to use its attack, so methinks dropping 4 lighting for 4 
recycle energy would be a good idea. Recycle can help pay for retreat costs, and 
the attack, and best thing is--you get it back once it's discarded.
