Hey Moss, my name is Jason, I made this deck while I was grounded in my room, haha... I wrote it all out on paper, and I playtested it a few times and it lost all but one game, but it looks like a pretty decent deck... plz fix it up for me..

AHH! A WIGGLY... Well, I'm sorry I haven't done a fix in a while, I've been going back to school and have had a lot of stuff to take care of, so it's been pretty hard. I'm back now though, and here to uh... fix. -_-
Pokemon: That is, uh, way too much for a Wiggly deck. Cut all 3 Ditto, one Igglybuff, and one Unown N. Also, run 3 Wigglytuff - since you're going to be playing a lot of card draw, it'll be fairly easy to get it out. That's 18 Pokemon.
Energy: Hmm, Looks decent enough, cut one Grass to give you 14 Energy, leaving 28 spots for Trainers.
Trainers: 4 Oak, 4 Finder, 4 C. Search - standard in Wiggly indeed. 2 Professor Elm can be helpful for that additional card draw boost, and for the rare hand of 3 Recycle Energy, you don't want to lose those cards.
3 Lass should work very well in this deck. The Cleffa/Lass combo is always a great opportunity to get a head start on your opponent, and mid game Lasses to throw your opponent's strategy off are always cool. 3 Pluspower are helpful as well, for those pesky "not quite there" KO's. With 8 spots for Trainers, add 2 Gold Berry, 2 Gust of Wind, 2 No Removal Gym, one Nightly Garbage Run, and one Switch. Should do well enough for you. Here's the final deck listing.
