To Souper,
My deck is not that bad as I win pretty much all my games with it. I just want it to have a spring cleaning of the deck to make it more destructive. My deck is as follows:
The Dark Destroyer Deck

Pokemon:

1 X Articuno
1 X Mr. Mime
1 X Kangaskhan
3 X TR Magikarp
1 X Dark Gyrados
1 X Gyrados
2 X Jigglypuff
2 X Wigglytuff
1 X Farfetched
1 X Chansey
2 X Squirtle
1 X TR squirtal
1 X Wartortle
1 X Dark Wortortal
1 X Dark Blastoise
3 X Psyduck
2 X Golduck

Trainers:

2 X Gust of Wind
3 X Energy Removal
2 X Professor Oak
2 X Bill
1 X Potion
1 X Super Potion
1 X Nightly Garbage Run
1 X Energy search
1 X Recycle

Energy:

1 X Potion Energy
20 X Water Energy
Strategy:

Bring out dark Blastoise (Dark Destroyer) and gyrados as soon as possible and munch them up badly. Use Mr. Mime, chansey and Kangaskhan as walls so I can power up the big guns. Once I get in Dark Blastoise fully powered there is no stopping the onslaught, not even Mr. Mime. I use wigglytuff quite a bit as well, I use him as the Mr. Mime killer by lullabying him to sleep and then doing the wave. Fire decks beware.

Overview

You've picked several good Pok閙on, but you're also too spread out. Too many families and a lot of singles adds a lot of randomness to a game already heavily based on luck. Versatility is good, but you need to have a balance between versatility and control- if you have so many Pok閙on that you don't have any say in how the deck will perform, your deck will be very random and the chances of getting the right cards slim. Congrats if you're getting a lot of wins, but if you wanna make your deck able to stand up against faster, more focused decks you'll need to cut some families.

Pok閙on

To fix this, you need to focus it more toward certain families. Your strategy centers around Dark Blastoise, so that family should be your main consideration when adding other cards- do they support that ideal? You'll definitely want high numbers in the Dark Blastoise family, and you'll probably be better off with Breeders because Dark Wartortle isn't great... Base Wartortle can be dropped too, as he doesn't evolve into Dark Blastoise. The Psychic part of this deck also seems uneccesary, as Mr. Mime is the only Psychic Pok閙on, and you don't have any Psychic Energy anyway- Mono Water would be a better way to go since Blastoise and Gyarados are Mono Energy intensive as it is.

Blastoise and Gyarados really both serve about the same purpose- Water evolutions that deal some heavy damage. Because you don't have a lot of space for Trainers when you're loaded with evolutions, I'd suggest taking out Gyarados altogether, as he doesn't really add anything new. Golduck can also be taken out, because between him and your other Pokemon you'll take too long to power them up since they all take a fair amount of Energy. His attack is also kind of weak even though you remove Energy.

You could change around the BBP's a bit too, but after the revisions you should have something like this:
2 Scyther
3 Jigglypuff
2 Wigglytuff
2 Chansey
4 Squirtle
4 Dark Blastoise
A lot less families, but it's more focused toward Dark Blastoise, which means you should be able to get him out a lot more often, and faster.

Trainers

You need a bit more card drawing to get those Blastoise out, and to keep your resources coming. A little disruption should be there for slowing down your opponent, and you'll need Breeders for the Blastoise. Some No Removal Gym would fit nicely too. Let's go with something like this:
4 Computer Search
3 Professor Oak
2 Bill
4 Breeder
3 Gust of Wind
3 Rocket Sneak Attack
3 No Removal Gym
2 Item Finder

Energy

Potion Energy, like Potion, isn't very useful, let's go with 15 Water and 4 DCE.
Pok閙on (17)
2 Scyther
3 Jigglypuff
2 Wigglytuff
2 Chansey
4 Squirtle
4 Dark Blastoise

Trainers (24)
4 Computer Search
3 Professor Oak
2 Bill
4 Breeder
3 Gust of Wind
3 Rocket Sneak Attack
3 No Removal Gym
2 Item Finder

Energy (19)
4 Potion Energy
15 Water
It looks a lot different, but it should work a lot better- give it a try and see! Good luck!
