Overview

This deck needs some work. Way to few Trainers, and your Pokemon are all mixed up. The main thing you need is some focus. Decide what you want to do, and use cards that help get you t You also need more Trainers for speed and control.

Pok閙on

You need to cut some families here. Beedrill is a nice line, so he can stay. However, when you have a stage two you shouldn't have many other families. You also have a pretty impressive weakness to Psychic.

Dark Arbok's attack has a great effect, but it's pretty expensive, especially in a two color deck. Same with Nidorino, and both have low HP and a Psychic Weakness. I'd take both of those families out.

Koffing's win/win coinflip is great, but kind of slow since it costs two. The 50 HP can be a pain. I think Erika's Dratini would fit nicely instead, and it's certainly an annoyance. Sabrina's Gastly isn't too impressive either, and Sabrina's Haunter won't be too great unless you base the deck around him. Base set Haunter is terrible because of all the coinflips involved with keeping the opponent asleep. Fossil Haunter is good, but doesn't pack much of a punch. It does go with the theme of annoyance, though, so I'll keep them, but in a lower number.

Kadabra by itself is like Nidorino, good attack that's too expensive, with a low HP and high Retreat cost. Let's take 'em out too. Base Mewtwo is much weaker than the Promo, so switch those. Jynx is uneccesary and Mew is pretty situational. Let's go with something like this:

Pok閙on (20)
4 Weedle
3 Kakuna
3 Beedrill
2 Erika's Dratini
3 F Gastly
2 Haunter
3 MP Mewtwo

Trainers

You need a lot of work here. Oak, Bill, and Computer Search are always necessary, and high evolution decks need them even more in today's speedy environment. Trainers go into pretty much three categories- Card drawing/speed (cards like Bill, Oak, Search, and IF...), Manipulation/Disruption (ER, Lass, GOW, etc.), and recovery/healing (Switch, Scoop, Pokecenter, etc.). Today's environment usually requires speed and disruption, with a bit of recovery. Let's go with something like this in the way of Trainers:

Trainers (18)
3 Bill
4 Oak
3 Com Search
3 Gust of Wind
3 RSA
2 Scoop Up
You don't have a lot of room because of the Evolutions, but I tried to squeeze in most of the important stuff. NGR is good, but it's impact to the game is indirect; it doesn't effect you immediately, and with today's speedy environment you need results. Same thing for Here Comes Team Rocket.

Energy

You've got more than you need right now. More speed means you can run less Energy and still have enough. Let's go with 9 Grass, 10 Psychic, and 3 DCE.
Pok閙on (20)
4 Weedle
3 Kakuna
3 Beedrill
2 Erika's Dratini
3 F Gastly
2 Haunter
3 MP Mewtwo

Trainers (18)
3 Bill
4 Oak
3 Com Search
3 Gust of Wind
3 RSA
2 Scoop Up

Energy (22)
10 Psychic
9 Grass
3 DCE
Hope that helps you, and good luck!
