Okay, so my brother is here the other day and he has a deck with him.  We play him a few times, then Doll and I come up with an idea - let's both fix the deck and see what we can come up with.  So, why not.  Here it is:

21 Psychic Energy
4 DCE

1 Kangaskhan
3 Charmander (base)
2 Charmeleon (base)
4 Promo Mewtwo
4 Abra (base)
3 Kadadra (base)

4 Bill
3 Energy Removal
4 Gust of Wind
3 Nightly Garbage Run
2 Super Potion
2 Professor Oak

Let's start with the Pokemon.  First of all, I'm gonna have you drop 1 Base Set Kadabra in favor of 1 Dark Kadabra.  It has the cycling power and can attack for 1 energy less, and get through resistence.  Situationally useful.  Next, kill 2 of the Mewtwos.  You don't need that many, and they can be situationally useful.  Not sure I like the Char line, but I see it's usefulness - we'll keep it.

In energy, drop a WHOLE bunch.  Let's go with 12 Psychic and 4 DCE.  That kills 9 card slots.

Now we have 11 free slots.  Start by upping your counts some.  We need 1 more Oak, 2 Computer Search, 3 Item Finder, 2 Scoop Up, and 2 PlusPowers.  Drop a Gust and both of the Super Potions - not needed.  Go with a Narrow Gym (just in case) and 2 Super Energy Removals.  In the last card slot, go with an Energy Retrieval.  It's an "in a pinch" card.

Let's see the final product:

4 Abra (base)
2 Kadabra (base)
1 Dark Kadabra
1 Kangaskhan
2 Promo Mewtwo
3 Charmander (base)
2 Charmeleon (base)

12 Psychic Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy

4 Bill
3 Professor Oak
2 Computer Search
3 Item Finder
2 Scoop Up
2 PlusPower
3 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
1 Narrow Gym
1 Energy Retrieval
3 Gust of Wind
3 Nightly Garbage Run

Give this one a try and see how it works, Andrew. ;)
