---Deck Fix---

Not a bad deck, but there are a few things to fix. The main problem seems to be the fact that you have no "heavy hitter." Sabrina's Haunter is your only Pokémon that is capable of a decent amount of damage, and Life Drain, with or without the two Sabrina's ESP, is also a coin flip, and can never get a knockout. Nice chances, but what makes your two Pokémon that ARE capable of doing significant damage in trouble is psychic resistance.

Wigglytuff is everywhere! It's under your bed when you sleep at night. It's on the bus with you when you go to school(or in your backpack if you walk), it can splash out of your toilet any time.. if you think you're safe from Wigglytuff with only psychic Pokémon, I've got news for you kids. You're not! Gwahahaha.

Strategy:
If you are relying on doing more damage with Sabrina's Haunter, we'll have to add a few cards to help that out. You're going to need another heavy hitter and something to get around the ubiquitous psychic resistance(don't make me give the Wiggly lecture again).

Pokémon:
Alright, this is the part of the deck that needs the most change, it has the most flaw. Add a 4th Gastly, this should help Sabrina's Haunter's Night Spirits attack. (Change her Haunters to her other one). Her Psyduck isn't bad, but you're playing many weak basics already, and it's weak to lightning, which is deadly. (Electabuzz is also everywhere in tournament
environments and under your bed.) Drop the Psy-yi-yi's.

Add a Scyther, it can be useful, but we don't need too many since we have no retreat Pokémon with fighting resistance. Add a couple Ditto, it's just great, and can launch mega attacks with colorless energy. I think a
Brock's Mankey(Karate Chop) should take down the feared Electabuzz and Wigglytuff. It can take both down with a single hit. This was one of Scott Gerhardt's great ideas, I think you should try it out. Take out the Abras and Kadabras, you don't want to play double evolution, add 2 promo Mewtwo, it's absorption is great, especially with Super. Drop one Meowth, the confusion attack is nice, but we don't need 3. 3 Slots.

Energy:
Slim it down to 17. You just don't need 20. Play 10 Psychic, 3 Fighting, and 4 Double Colorless. 6 slots.

Trainers:
Your trainers aren't bad, but we don't need any Master Balls now. Drop all three. Add 3 Computer Search and 2 Item Finder, you'll want to re-use your cards, and be able to get what you need when you need it. Take out a Nightly,
you're not going to be that fast, and you shouldn't need the 2nd. Also take out the Pokémon Centers, you cant get rid of your energy. Add two Super Energy Removals to hurt the Wiggly, Electabuzz, Scyther, Magmar, evolution.. everything. Add a Challenge to help get your Gastlys out, giving Sabrina's Haunter a chance at 120 damage. You need two Gusts of Wind, and for our last card, a Scoop Up to get the harmed Ditto/Mewtwo out of the way.

---Final Deck---
4 Sabrina's Gastly (40 HP)
3 Sabrina's Haunter (50 HP)
2 MP Mewtwo
2 Giovanni's Meowth
2 Ditto
1 Scyther
1 Brock's Mankey
(15 Pokémon- the evolution is decreased to one line, and focuses more on the Gastly. There is protection against the feared Wigglytuff, and more options incase of psychic resistance.)
-------------------
10 Psychic Energy
3 Fighting Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy
(17 Energy- this is all that is necessary, the only Pokémon requiring more than two energy besides Scyther is Mewtwo, which can absorb. Ditto does fine with a colorless, and Item Finder and Computer Search make the deck a little faster, so we can get away with taking out this energy.)
-------------------
3 Professor Oak
3 Bill
3 PlusPower
3 Computer Search
3 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
2 Gust of Wind
2 Saffron City Gym
2 Sabrina's ESP
2 Item Finder
1 Scoop Up
1 Challenge!
1 Nightly Garbage Run
(28 Trainers- The deck seems to focus slightly more on the Haunter now, and there is the ability to Oak more, but the deck doesn't become too fast. Gusts are added since there are always weaklings on the bench waiting for you to get a prize off of them and to stall, or damage a threat.)

Send me your Prop15 decks if you are having trouble.
