1 Pokemon Trader
2 Item Finder
2 Plus Power

9 Psychic Energy

I have to deal wiith a lot of wiggly in my area, and cleaners. Please fix
this deck.

------------Deck Fix------------

Seems like a pretty good deck, but there are a few things we can change. First of all, your energy is pretty high for a deck like this, and you're missing some essential trainers. Drop 7 energy: The Potion Energy, 4 Lightning and 2 Psychic.

Pokémon-wise looks okay, but we can drop 1 Scyther, you can get rid of Chan with your Mewtwos. Make the Raichus all Dark Raichus. Change all your Pikachus to MP Pikachus, first turn Recharge is great. (3 Dark Raichus)

Now we move on to Trainers. I think you can drop 1 Nightly Garbage Run and the Pokémon Trader. We're left with 10 slots for new trainers.

You also sent in a 57 card deck(oops), so we actually have 13 slots open!

First of all, you need some Computer Searches to help you get Dark Raichu out faster. Add 3. Add another Item Finder to help you get back the Oak, Gust, PlusPower, NGR etc. Speaking of Gust, you need a couple! Add 2 Gusts. Add 2 Scoop Ups to get rid of damaged Pokémon. 1 Switch is great against status effects, and can be amazing lategame. Add 3 Normal Energy Removals to hold your opponent's threats back. (Including Wigglytuff!) Add 1 Narrow Gym to get rid of No Removal Gym and to slow down Wigglytuff.

Mewtwo's Ultimate Super Weapon
4x Pikachu (MP)
3x Dark Raichu
3x Mewtwo (MP)
3x Electabuzz
2x Scyther

[Notice how the deck's theme becomes more focused on cheating the "1 Energy per turn" rule.]

9x Lightning
7x Psychic
2x Double Colorless

[You see the energy drop a lot, which is an immediate sign of more speed.]

3x Professor Oak
3x Bill
3x Computer Search
3x Item Finder
3x Energy Removal
2x Nightly Garbage Run
2x PlusPower
2x Gust of Wind
2x Super Energy Removal
2x Scoop Up
1x Switch
1x Narrow Gym

[You see more card searching. Energy denial is increased, and status effects are defended against with the addition of Scoop Ups and a Switch.]

Try to recharge first turn unless you're afraid Pikachu can be knocked out. Go for a 2nd turn Dark Raichu if you have the energy. Another opening you can try is with Mewtwo. (Comp Search, discard two energy, Absorb) You can also try a Thundershock opening, or let Scyther take a hit or two while you build Pikachu.
