I use Dark Dragonair's awesome Pokemon Power to speed up my Jiggly and my Abras, Dark alakazam can do amazing Damage and swap away especially if fighting another Psychic or Colorless Pokemon. Wiggly is my Swap for dark Alakazam. plus i use Psychic to rid myself of those Pesky Muks

Nightly Garbage Run to retrieve my energy if i retreat or get defeated or revive some of my characters. The bosses way to help out of evolving too. professor oak so I'm not afraid to discard some cards i need and just N.G.R. them back and super energy removal case i run into any electabuzz and scyther. switch and gust of wind i think accompany my build-up nicely. and 2 computer searches just in case :)

I appreciate Your opinion.

Deck Fix

Pokemon
Hmmm...seems a little scattered. You have wiggly, dark kazam, and dark dragonair all in the same deck. Hard to pull off, but with dark dragonair's power, it shouldn't be as bad as it looks. You'll want to add 1 dratini and 2 dark dragonairs, making the line 4/4, and then add another wiggly and dark kazam. This will make it so you have enough of the cards in your deck to actually get them out. However, lots of extra space is used this way...

Energy

Everything looks good here. 16 Psychic to power the kazam's energy-guzzling attack, wiggly takes 3, and dark dragonair...all evolutions take a lot of energy, and 20 should be just right...nice job.

Trainers

Here's where the trouble comes in... In order to make room for all those extra pokemon thrown in, a bunch of trainers, the staple in most decks, will have to be tossed. Taking out both of the boss's way and 2 NGR's, while adding 2 pokemon traders should balance out and give you a 2 card advantage there. Instead of NGR'ing the oaked pokes back in, just trade em away in the first place. And not only do you get ANY pokemon instead of a dark one, but you throw those evos back in your deck for when you get the basic. Very nice card. I dropped 2 more NGR's since you definately have to drop soemthing, and that seems like the best choice. That makes the deck even on trainers, and pretty much you keep everything necessary. Only thing you might look into... If you have big trouble with trainer disruption, SER, etc., you might trade 1 gust and 1 switch for 2 lasses. It'll help you out a ton. But that all depends on what environment you're playing in, and this looks like it's in an environment either lass wouldn't be as effective in as other places, or a fun environment in which you shouldn't have to worry about that... But keep that in mind if you run into trouble!
