Hey, Jeff...

This looks like a fun deck, but it seems it needs a lot more focus.  I must admit that due to my obsession with status effects, I have lusted after Nidoking and his 20 damage plus 20 Poison attack, Toxic (evil grin), but I have never actually created a deck using him.  So I guess I'll live out my mega-poison fantasy through your deck.  Even though this deck will probably run rather slow, since you are playing at Pokemon League, this shouldn't be much of a problem.  Let's have some fun with it...

Pokémon:

Note:  Nidorina SUCKS.  Breeder instead.  Nidorino isn't the worst, so we'll keep one in as Pokemon Trader bait so you won't have to rely solely on Breeder for it.  And I think Scyther is a MUCH better alternative to Weepinbell.  If you don't want rares, then consider Erika's Weepinbell line instead. But as a basic, Scyther is the best choice.

Trainers:

**is dizzy**... "too...  many....  singles.  Need.... focus...."  Okay, let's dump the less vital stuff to make sure we get the more important things included to complete your strategy.  I really think Trader is key here.  You really should have Computer Search and another Item Finder, as long as more Gust.  Switch will be important in getting your big monsters out of harms way if they get gusted in or E Removed.  Let's add a couple Nightly Garbage Runs to get you a way to get back your Pokemon or Energy (or your strategy will certainly fall apart... ick!)

Energy:

I really don't see much point to the special energies other than the Double Colorless.  I think 16 Grass and 4 DCEs plus the NGRs and the E Retrieval should do you just fine.

New Deck Listing:

Pokémon - #16
4 Nidoran Male
1 Nidorino
3 Nidoking

3 Nidoran Female
2 Nidoqueen

3 Scyther

Trainers - #24
3 Bill
3 Professor Oak
3 Pokemon Breeder
1 Energy Retrieval
4 Pokemon Trader
2 Item Finder
2 Computer Search
2 Gust of Wind
2 Switch
2 Nightly Garbage Run

Energy - #19
4 Double Colorless
16 Grass

Best of luck, and have fun with this!  To get a different perspective, you can also see this deck fixed at the Mysterious and Incredible Satoshi's Deck Garage.
