The idea is to deal damage to your opponent's bench fast and make
sure they can't evolve leaving them with weak basics. Also the Energy
Removals are to make sure they can't build up an arsenal to battle you.
Please help me. Thanks.

You have a nice deck. I had to look for a while before I found any suggestions for you. My first suggestion is to beware of electric Pokémon who take 4 energies to power. You are going to run into trouble if you face an energy denial deck. Also, I wonder why you waste the room in your deck with M. Fossil and Aerodactyl when you have Raichu in your deck... Sure, you stop others from evolving, but you'll stop yourself too if you're not careful. I suggest that you remove them. If you remove them you open up 5 places in your deck. I don't see any Gust-of-Winds or Switches. Put in 2 Switches and 3 Gusts of Wind. That way, you can pull those bullies off the bench and up to the front where you can deal serious damage to them.

Nice deck though. You did good work.
