Hey Souper,
If you wouldn't mind I need my fire deck to be tuned a little. The Strategy of the deck is to use Blaine's Ninetales with Blaine to do a constant fifty damage. Most my competition is haymaker with MP Mewtwo, Wigglytuff, and Electabuzz running about. I think my deck needs some trainer and energy adjustment to make it work more effectively. Here's how it looks:
Burn Up
4 Blaine's Vulpix( with Bite)
4 Blaine's Ninetales
2 Fossil Magmar
2 Erika's Dratini
2 Brock's Rhyhorn (the rare)

4 Bill
4 Oak
3 Comp. Search
3 Nightly Garbage Run
3 Gust of Wind
3 Scoop-Up
3 Item Finder
4 Blaine
4 Plus-Power

11 Fire Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy
Thanks,
Loon

Overview
Hmm.. Loons are my favorite bird.. This deck is pretty well built already. The Pokemon look pretty good except for the Ryhorn, which I don't like much. I think that space could be put to better use. The Trainers look very good, in fact I don't know if any work there is needed at all. You might add a gym such as Narrow or No Removal, but right now that's the only thing missing that I see. The Energy is kind of low, but you're using cheap attackers, lots of card drawing, and Nightly Garbage Runs, so you shouldn't have a whole lot of trouble there.

Pok閙on
Drop the Brock's Ryhorn and add two Ditto and a Fossil Magmar. Other than that, your Pokemon look fine.

Trainers
Like I said, these look great, but you need to free up a tiny bit of space. Lets drop a Blaine, a Bill, and an Item Finder; that should free up just enough space.

Energy
You should now be at 58 cards, so add two Fire Energy to finish it off here's the finished deck:

4 Blaine's Vulpix
4 Blaine's Ninetales
3 Fossil Magmar
2 Erika's Dratini
2 Ditto

3 Bill
4 Oak
3 Comp. Search
3 Nightly Garbage Run
3 Gust of Wind
2 Scoop-Up
3 Item Finder
3 Blaine
4 PlusPower

13 Fire Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy
Not a lot of work was necessary. I like the Blaine's Ninetales family a lot and this deck was built well enough that it should work pretty well for you with or without those changes. I think it'll work a little better this way, though. Good job with this deck, and good luck!
