How does your deck do?: My deck does all right, because the weaknesses are
covered well. I used to use (base) Raticate and (rocket) Rattata in
conjunction with "Here Comes Team Rocket!" to get exactly what I wanted each
turn. I swapped them all for Surge's Rats and more Doduo and Dodrio because
even with Rattata's power, people would gust up Dodrio and weaken it. Surge's
Raticate is cheaper and doesn't need any Double Colorless Energy to attack.
Also, more HP. I don't use this deck in good tournaments, but it has been fun
so far. The record is like Wins (19) and Losses (5 or 6).

Other info you feel is important: I used Rattata (Rocket) and Raticate (Base)
as I had mentioned before. It was great because I got to pretty much pick
what I was going to draw the next turn. Do you think it was a good idea to
take them and HC Team Rocket! out and add Surge's Rats and another Doduo and
Dodrio? Well, hope you can help me out! Thanx!

Hey, Michael...

This is another great original deck!  Nice job!  Honestly, it took me a while to think of something that really could improve it!  But I did come up with what I think may be a nifty idea.  Rocket's Training Gym will force your opponent (and you) to pay one more E to retreat the active Pokemon.  But you have Dodrio!  Just hold the Gym until you have enough Drio's down.  This will make it that much harder for them to retreat after Raticate Super Fangs them.  hehe!  I think going to the Lt. Surge's Rats is a much better idea... stick with that.

Pokémon:

I just couldn't see the great reason to go with Chansey, other than maybe stalling for set up?  Anyhow, I didn't see that it was that advantageous, plus increases your vulnerability to fighting...  and it seemed you were running Scoops and Energy Flow to accommodate her... it's just too many slots.  I took her out, and added more Pokemon Traders to speed up your set up instead.  Adjusted the other numbers up a bit.

Trainers:

Adjusted a few numbers and made cuts mentioned above.  Added Rocket's Training Gym  =)...

Energy:

Looks fine.
