BACK TO DECK MECHING!! oh yeah! =/

This deck is actually from a cool friend of mine Muk007, he won a qualifier so i decided to be nice and fix his HORRIBLE crobat deck  ¬_¬... =P

Yo Crim! After buying a few neo 3 boosters last friday, I came across the
American Crobat. It seems to be a really nice anti-Gatr card. Well, I
like playtesting early, so here's my deck:

4 Zubat (neo 3)
4 Golbat (neo 3)
3 Crobat (neo 3)
3 Cleffa (neo 1)
2 Murkrow (neo 1)
2 Erika's Bellsprout L15 (gym heroes)
1 Smeargle (neo 2)
1 Elekid (neo 1)
1 Magby (neo 1)

4 Elm
3 Erika
3 IOR
3 Double Gust
3 Focus Band
2 Chaos Gym
1 Narrow Gym (anti of my own RTG or Chaos just in case)
1 Rocket's Training Gym
1 NGR

12 Grass
4 Dark
2 Recycle

I haven't played a single game yet with this deck, but the strategy
should be simple. First turn, if against a Feraligatr or if they open
with a lone baby, try to get an Erika's Bellsprout with a Dark Energy to
KO their guy. This is why I have 2 in instead of only 1, because it's
more than just TecH. If that doesn't happen, start building a Zubat. Get
a second turn Golbat to Screech if you have to. Don't risk it otherwise.
Get a third turn Crobat doing either Triggered Poison or Cross Attack,
whatever the situation calls for. I love how Crobat averages 80 damage a
turn with Cross Attack AND confusion. That's too good. Smeargle is for
anti-fire. Thank God Crobat is weak to the worst type in modified =
psychic and not fire. LoL! (note from CRIMINAL... psychic is actually VERY strong w/ espeon and Slowking.. so beware)

Chaos Gym kills Gatr, and I have lots of disruption too. Erika is for my
draw power rather than Wrath. Most of the trainers are simple. Help
however you want, but 3 Cleffa is enough, cause I know you're gonna say
add a 4th -_-'

See ya in San Diego!

Ok, ill be totally honest here... this is one of the nastiest Crobat decks ive seen... but thats ok because it was your 1st time trying to make one, we ALL make mistakes. And seeing as how im running out of time, actually im just sleepy, i'll get right to the point.

Pokemon - Your main problem is here, The Crobat deck type that i like is the one that focuses on your ability to retreat freely... and you take like NO advantage of that whatsoever. So to make things quick, heres the revised Pokemon count:

(24)

4 Cleffa

2 Murkrow

4 Zubat

4 Golbat

3 Crobat

2 Magby

3 Pichu

2 Erika's Bellsprout

WHY YOU ASK... Well.. heres why =/

Cleffa... ive got 4 in here ONLY because set-up is like... NECESSARY.. your odds of getting 1 1st turn greatly increase, not to mention that Cleffa can be a life saver in the midst of your match... trust me 4 is a must.

Murkrow... I dont really like this guy in modified.. lock isnt nearly as effective as in standard but it still does its job... its your only real chance vs babies

Zubat/Golbat/Crobat ... 'nuff said =/

Magby... helps out greatly vs slowking decks. Great card for doing the last 10 damage after a heads on focus band by your opponent. stops typhlosion and Gatr at least somewhat.

Pichu... i LOVE this card. it gives you the quick prizes early game, the ones you need to win in time limit. stop the unowns/igglybuffs w/ 2 zzaps and typhlosion/feraligatr get hurt to an extent by this little guy.

Erika's Bellsprout... ftko's are always great =/

Energy- drop both recycles

(16)

TRAINERS- your gyms need a little help as does your draw power, heres what it should look like:

(20)

4 Professor Elm

3 Misty's Wrath

4 Chaos Gym

2 Resistance Gym

3 Double gust

3 Focus band

1 Nightly Garbage Run

as you can see we maxed out on chaos gym ... i like chaos gym because it really stops an opponents set-up if out 1st turn... especially when they don't have a cleffa down.  The resistance gyms are to have at least SOME help against a steelix deck and everything else is self explanatory.

Well there's your new REVISED crobat deck...  have fun =Þ
