A mono-fighting deck is always interesting to work with, and you're well on your way here. Let's see what we can come up with.

1) Your Pokemon are looking good, first of all. Hitmonchan is almost a given, and Scyther is just insanely good. Lickitung and Chansey provide needed psy resistance as well as stalling, and Chansey can Double-Edge away any fighting resistant Poke that elude Scyther's grasp. I don't understand why you're losing to fighting Pokemon... but if that's a problem, I'd start by dropping Lickitung and Chansey to 2 each (assuming you want to keep both of them in here, an alternative would be to drop one altogether) and putting in another Machop. In my opinion, an attacking deck like this should focus on taking the lead early with Scyther and Hitmonchan and not wait around to stall. Stalling mode is a fallback position as well as a defense against psychic.

Now, because of Mew, Dark Vileplume, Lass, and other annoyances which have recently become common in the Pokemon scene, I'd recommend you put in a Machoke or two. He's actually a half-decent fighter in a tight spot. Probably split it 2-2 between Machokes and Breeders. This also means that you won't have to have all three elements (Machop, Breeder, Machamp) together before you start evolving. That's about all for the Pokemon.

2) I have no problem with your deck until you reach the Trader. While you need to put the Machamp family together quickly, I think 3 Searches, plus the Bills and Oaks should be sufficient, and 6 search cards are a bit much when there are other things we could be using the space for. What do I use the space for? Gust of Wind is always nice here, and I think you may want PlusPower too. I'd probably drop an SER to find the space for 2 of each, plus the odd Item Finder, which I now try to put as a staple in pretty much all decks.

3) Okay. Here's where I get tripped up...  You claimed to have 21 energy in here (which would add up perfectly) but you've actually got 23, which puts you 2 over. No matter. We'll add it all up, then go back and slash mercilessly as needed.

I made the extra space for the energy by going back and yanking 2 Licki's, but this was purely a personal call, and you could just as easily drop the Chanseys. No biggie. Or, if there's a lot of psychic around, you could drop a Machop and a Hitmo instead.

Energy might be a bit low. If you have problems, I'd probably drop either GOW or PlusPower for Retrieval.

Hope this works out for you. The deck was good, and it should be better now. Best of luck.
