It's interesting to see decks that are based on some sort of theme other than just color or strategy. In this case, we have a bird deck, composed of (what else?) bird Pokemon. Not an unworkable idea. Let's see where it takes us.

1) Your Pokemon are not bad in and of themselves. Fearow and Farfetch'd are fine. Pidgeot is workable. But what is going to cause you problems is a huge Lightning weakness. Electabuzz is very popular right now, and he could probably fry your deck to a crisp all by himself. We could try to assuage this by putting in birds without weakness (i.e., one of the three Legendary Birds) but I think it's probably better to take a tiny departure from the bird theme and insert Lightning's worst enemy: Fighting. Four Hitmonchans would pretty much hose your weakness. If you can't get Hitmo, Machop will do just as well. And since the rest of your deck is colorless, we can integrate fighting with no problems. We can drop Pidgeot--it's good, but not great, unless you've got other reasons for wanting it. A 4-3 Fearow, 4 Hitmonchan/Machop, and 4 Farfetch'd should do very nicely.

2) Okay, I'll tell you what you want to pull out of your trainers: Pokedex, Defender, Full Heal, and Switch. Switch might have been okay, but we can find better uses for the space. Lass can stay, as the effectiveness of that card in certain situations is becoming apparent to many people. Now then... you want 2-3 Computer Search, 4 Energy Removals...and I'd say here, 3 GOW and 3 PlusPower will also be very nice. Item Finder looks like a good candidate for any space we have left over.

3) This deck wants to be running 4 DCE. Trust me on this one. And before, your deck was colorless, so the rainbow of energy didn't matter...but now, all non-DCE energy should be fighting. Well... if you can get Rocket in Finland, some Potion Energies might be in order. I'll recommend them; if you don't have Rocket, just use more Fighting Energies instead.

Your deck is looking pretty good after the tune-up. I realize I crammed a lot of rares in, and I hope this doesn't pose a problem for you. I hope I've managed to sufficiently stick to the bird theme while making the deck into a force to be reckoned with. Good luck!
