Hehe. I get to metagame against my own deck? What fun. I'm actually kind of surprised, because historically Wiggly has been a bad matchup for me (as it is for most people.) But I'll try to help you tune this deck up a bit. Here's what I'll do: I'll try to make your deck better in general, then at the end, I'll provide some specific strategies for the decks that are giving you problems.

1) All of your Pokemon are good. Ditto can be good, he can be bad, but I'll admit he makes me think twice about dropping Ninetales or Arcanine. I see no problem here. If Scyther's weakness makes a problem for you, it obviously needs to be replaced with something else. Trouble is, I'm not sure what that something else would be, as nothing else quite fills his shoes. Maybe more Dittos n' Kangas. But all in all, there's nothing wrong with your Pokemon.

2) I can quibble a bit about your trainers. Another Oak would be in order, methinks. Other than that, not much unless you want to go for an Item Finder or two--handy, but not essential. Drop a SER for the aforementioned Oak.

3) And energy, nothing wrong here as your Pokemon are all either colorless or use low energy. If you have trouble feeding Magmar (which you shouldn't) remember that grass energy is not a must for Scyther.

Now, as for your specific deck problems. Vs. Energy Trans, use Magmar to best advantage and try to remove as much energy as you can--Trans may be able to move its energy around, but it's still limited to one drop a turn like the rest of us. Vs. Cinder, all I can suggest is that you may want to try and replace the Scythers, and then just get Wiggly out and let it do its thing. Finding space for a fourth Oak and Search may be in order if you decide you want to go for a true Speed Tuff deck. Above all, the best advice I can give you is to keep playing and tweaking the deck until you get to really know it. This knowledge and experience will teach you how to best use your deck against each other deck out there. Good luck!
