You know you're playing a good deck when your opponent lets out a *sigh* when they realize what deck you're playing.  Fossil Ghost pokemon are a frightening thing indeed!

Tom's deck is very solid, and with no changes could win quite frequently.  The only thing I'd like to change is the choice of Scyther.

Don't get me wrong, Scyther is often a killer choice to splash in most decks, however in this deck I'm not 100% sure.  I say this because Scyther requires DCE to attack, and the rest of the deck really doesn't benefit much from DCE.  Infact I can see times where with this deck you'd rather draw a plain 'ol energy.

The Pokemon I'm currently using in this type of deck is Hitmonchan.  Hitmo does the exact same thing you added Scyther for (getting around Psychic resistance) only better since 99% of Psychic resistant pokemon are weak to Fighting!

Here's my "fix"

4 Hitmonchan
3 Promo Mewtwo
4 F. Gastly
3 F. Haunter
2 Gengar
1 Kangaskhan

4 Computer Search
3 Professor Oak
4 Plus Power
4 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
3 Scoop Up

7 Fighting
14 Psychic
2 Energy Retrieval

Computer Search is the card drawing "Engine" of the deck.  As Tom said above, it gets you what you want when you want it.  Early in the game it should be used to find a Professor Oak to help build your evolutions and keep your hand full.  In the mid to late game you won't want to go for Oak as much as you risk decking yourself, instead use Computer Search to find the specific card you need for victory!  If in a pinch you can always Search for the lone Kangaskhan for a bit of card drawing, his Resistance to Psychic may also help since both Hitmo and Mewtwo are weak to Psychic.

Hope this helps... have fun!
