This deck uses Energy Trans to remedy Wigglytuff's greatest sickness, Energy Removal.  In the Mid-Late game it should be very easy to keep 3 Energy on Wigglytuff by bouncing unused Energy from the bench onto Wiggly!

But this remedy causes another illness... the deck requires 2 Evolution lines, one of which is a stage 2!  To overcome this we will need to use even MORE card drawing than the normal Wigglytuff deck.

Here's my "fix"

4 Jigglypuff
3 Wigglytuff
3 Bulbasaur
2 Ivysaur
2 Venasaur
4 Scyther

3 Pokemon Trader
3 Challenge!
3 Computer Search
3 Professor Oak
4 Plus Power
3 Gust of Wind
3 Lass

14 Grass Energy
2 Energy Retrieval

My biggest change in the deck was obviously trainers.  Pokemon Trader and Challenge! will help quickly build your evolution(s), Plus Power works great with Scyther and Jigglypuff for turn two Seventy Damage, and Gust/Lass will help disrupt your opponent.

Hope this helps...have fun!
