About re-arranging my garage... well. There are a lot of articles, true, but it shouldn't be hard to find one as they're sorted by date. If you're talking about that big thing up on the front page... that'll be taken care of when I have the time. (Translation: after school gets out this May.)

1) You've got the stuff. 21 Pokes is something that normally makes me cringe, but it isn't so bad here. One thing-- you may want to try getting some of the League Pikachus. I know they can't damage benches, but they have a semi-useful attack for 1 energy and a solid Thundershock. Raichu is your main bench smacker-upper anyway. Just an idea, ok? Other than that, I don't see anything I would change or even make recommendations on.

2) Here's where we make a bit of work. Everything's great, I have no quarrels... but I really recommend energy removal for all decks. Try having 3 or 4. We'll make the space in energy.

3) You probably don't want the emphasis to be on psy energy. The most colored energy you'll need for any one Poke is electric (Raichu) plus Mewtwo re-uses psy energy. Try dropping psy energy down to 10. You're a bit low, yes, but with the drawing and Retrieval you've got, you should be OK. I just think Removal is important enough that these changes are at least worth trying, and you should be okay.

I didn't change much-- no need for a new card listing. Basically: add 3 or 4 Energy Removals, take out psy energy as needed to make the space. If you have problems with energy, another Retrieval or Oak somewhere might help. You seem like you know what you're doing, so I'll let you see what you can do with my recommendations.
