>Please help my deck!!

VULPIX: Help your deck? Buddy, the fastest way for me to help your deck would be to transform it into a pile of ashes with my trademark fiery breath. That way, you can do it over and hopefully do it right this time. I don't know where you got the idea that having proper evolution pyramids is wrong, but you certainly seem to have taken this misconcieved notion to its extreme. Actually, there's one place where it probably helps--Aerodactyl. By running him only 1-1, you've ensured that you'll almost never get him out before your other evolutions have hit the board, assuming THEY ever do.

Oh, and you run the ultimate card drawing engine... POKEDEX. I'm sorry, but I simply don't believe you have nothing better than this. Bill is a common, for God's sake. Your trainers would seem to indicate that you have bought a total of approximately eight boosters-- five Base, two Jungle, and one Fossil. That's just a guess, but it's based upon actual math. The real mystery is where you got all the energy. I'd conjecture that you bought the Overgrowth theme deck, but that deck had some intelligent evolution ratios here and there, and as such this deck represents a significant step downhill--not what you want.

I'm sorry. This deck just blows. You have obviously been making a concerted effort to turn out decks of such poor caliber. I can't understand why, but the alternative (that you managed to miss the reams of deckbuilding advice and strategy out there WITHOUT some sort of conscious effort) is even more impossible. I can buy the Zap deck and produce something better than this. Hell, I can go out to eat at Taco Hut's "Burrito Night" and produce something better than this.

I think that about sums it up.

SPIKE: Okay, here's where I try to throw the hapless bashee a bit of hope for the future. Good job on the bash, though, Vulpix. [scratches Vulpix behind the ears] Anyway... fella, this is going to be hard. You've got to narrow your theme considerably. Water/Grass is not a bad combination, but you're gonna have to slash it down to two evolution families, with only one being a Stage 2. Improve your evolution pyramids, and include strong basics. And your trainers definitely could stand to be consolidated. Look at some of the decks on my garage for some helpful (hopefully) points.
