Hey there, Rainy. Good to hear from you anytime.

Nice little deck you've got there. I do see some stuff I'd tune up. Shall we begin?

1) You've got some good choices. While I don't think Kadabra is the strongest Pokemon in sight, he's OK, I suppose, as long as you can afford to build him on the bench. Leave him, by all means. Likewise Dewgong. I just love this guy--I'd have him in my fire-water deck, but I cannot get Seels to save my life. I buy boosters-- Dewgong, Dewgong, Dewgong. I'd have enough Dewgongs for three decks if I had the Seels to evolve them from. IMO, Dewgong is much better here in a multi-color deck--and besides, as you said, he's so adorable =) Jynx and Lapras are also good. I would recommend Movie Mewtwo instead, though... that guy is just amazing, and he will be more so with some Computer Searches in the deck. And Chansey... well, you know how I feel here, but whatever works for you. I'll leave him. In short, none of your Pokemon are bad choices in and of themselves. I *would*, however, drop one of your families to 3-2, just for space. 20 Pokemon is a bit much. It's your call which one, but I'll drop Kadabra a bit since
2) You need more trainers. We've created a bit of space by dropping a couple of Pokemon. Now let's try to put it to use. Those two slots will go to two Computer Searches, which you badly need. Next fit in another Bill by dropping either a GOW or a Switch-- I'd go with GOW because of your retreat problems. Now, you need 4 Energy Removals. We'll make the space by dropping energy in just a sec.

3) The DCE are good here, but consider whether 3 may be overkill. I'll leave all of them in for right now, though. Other than that, you probably want to drop the amount of colored energy to 11 each. That should be enough, and 28 energy was too much. If you have energy problems, adding another Oak or another Retrieval would be more efficient than simply adding another couple of energies. This is another reason for Mewtwo-- he puts an end to late-game energy worries!

Hope this helps. If you still have problems, or don't quite understand why I made some of the changes I did, write to me. This goes for anyone. By the way, Vulpix asked me to say hi to Drat for him... so I'll pass that along.

Laterz,

*SPIKE is wondering how Rainy's Seel and Abra got their names...
