Good deck. I see a lot that I like. Of course, I also see a lot that makes me cringe and avert my eyes. Such is the life of a deck mechanic. Let me just get my deck-fixing flashlight here...

1) 21 Pokemon is WAY, WAY too much. Not to mention the fact that, with all your basics being so weak, many faster decks are going to slaughter you. I shudder to think of what a single Hitmonchan could do here. You have to take one of the families out and drop another to 3-2. Which you choose is entirely up to you. Once you've done that, you probably want to put in some Fossil Magmars. This guy is just incredible in any fire deck. If you took out Clefable, you probably also need some good colorless to provide at least the comforting illusion of a defense against water. As always, our comet-punching friend Kangaskhan is a good bet.

2) WHY do you have Pokemon Breeder in here??!? That has to be the worst, most utterly incomprehensible Trainer choice I've seen in a non-bashbait deck. Take them out and replace them with Computer Searches. Also find the space for some Energy Removals (you should have the space from taking out Pokemon) and another Bill (drop a Gust, or something else if you like.) If you have the room, other good bets include PlusPower and Item Finder.

3) Running Arcanine in a deck along with Colorless Pokemon means at least a couple of DCEs are an absolute must. I think you wanna have about 24 energy overall, so try either 20 fire, 4 DCE or 22 fire, 2 DCE.

Since I left a lot of the factors in here to your discretion, there'll be no card listing. The direction this deck goes depends in large part on what you decide to do with it. The basic idea was to trim down the obscene number of Pokemon to make room for more good Trainers.
