OK...it's been a while since I fixed one of these.
Let's see if I've gotten better at it. Feel free to
jump in anytime, Scott =)

1) First thing I can tell you is that Potpourri does
not want to be running 4 of any Pokemon if it can
avoid it. Another thing is that I feel Kangaskhan
would be much better here--Potpourri probably wants a
card drawer and a viable attacker, not a pure staller.
With that in mind, drop Scy and Buzz to 3 each and
replace Chansey with Kanga. That about does us here.

2) We've made some space, and will make more in just a
second. Add in another Energy Removal, another Item
Finder, another PlusPower and another Gust. Now take
out an Energy Retrieval and a Scoop to make the room.
That should be about it for your trainers.

3) Drop your electric energy to 6 because Buzz only
needs one to run on. Use the space for another DCE.
With both Scyther and Kangaskhan in, you can't go
wrong having 4 of those.

This deck wasn't that hard to fix. It was pretty good
in the first place. I don't like the idea of only one
Search, but this is a pretty trainer-intensive deck,
so Finder is definitely in order.
