This is a nice deck, and it shows promise, so let's get to it.  You
definitely need more Energy.  18 won't cut it, especially if you run 4
SER's.  I would drop either a Scyther or a Mewtwo, it depends on which one
you find yourself using the least.  I would even consider dropping a Psyduck
as well.  As for Trainers, I would drop a Bill, a Comp Search and a Gust,
and take all of the left-over space and add either, more energy, Energy
Retrievals, and/or NGR's, since you have a lot of card drawing.  Thanks for

     I just made a new deck that did pretty well in league, but i need a
little help to make it tourney material.  If u could help me that would be

Strategy:

     Use Mewtwo or Scyther as starting pokemon and do some damage.  Then
build
up Dragonair or Golduck on bench.  Then do hyperbeam and use energy removal
so they will never get any energy.  All the weaknesses are covered except
for
Golduck, but becasue there is so much energy removal that it isnt a big
problem.
