I know what you are saying buddy, but I have to throw it out.  Fossil
Raichu might be good in the deck, but he is to Energy costly, and you are
only running 8 Elec for him.  This deck would be much stronger Mono-Psy.  So
lets drop the Elec for Psy, and drop the Pika/Raichu.  We will add, 2 Fossil
Haunter, and 1 Drowzee and 1 Hypno.  I would also take out 2 Psy and use the
left over card slot to run MP Mewtwo.  Your deck will be severly weak to ER,
and MP Mewtwo counters that, so while your Gengar or Hypno are naked, you
can apply the beats with Mewtwo.
As for the Trainers, drop the Breeder and ER.  ER is most often best run
with SER, and 3-4 of each, and it most likely won't work in the tourney
scene.  Instead, you need some Oak, 3-4, and you can add whatever you feel
like with whats left over.  Thanks for the deck, and good luck.

I have been playing the Pokemon Trading Card Game for Gameboy for some
time and this has been my best deck so far.  It single handedly took out all
four of the Grand Masters along with several club leaders.  I would
appreciate any help to make it even better. Thanks.

Bench Frightning
15x Psychic Energy
4x Fossil Gastly
1x Fossil Haunter
3x Gengar
3x Drowzee
2x Hypno

8x Lightning Energy
3x Jungle Pikachu
2x Fossil Raichu

4x Bill
4x Pokemon Breeder
3x Energy Removal
2x Computer Search
3x Pluspower
3x Gust of Wind

As you may have noticed, my deck is based after the powerful Bench
Destruction deck.  First of all, before you throw it out, while Raichu's
Fossil version may be awful in some decks, its ability to hit multiple
benched pokemon at one time makes it awesome in this deck.  The strategy to
this deck is to get out a Gengar, Hypno, or Raichu and start pounding away
at your opponents bench.I left a single Fossil Haunter in just because it
was too good to cut out completely.  If needed, a Pluspower or two will give
a little jolt to your pokemon's base attack power.  Use Energy Removal and
Gust of Wind to keep your opponent off balance and Bill and Computer Search
to get the cards you need.  Although I've never taken it into an official
tournement setting, I'm pretty sure it would do very well with a little
practice.
