I was wondering if you could help make my deck somewhat better.  I have
emailed three other deck mechanics but have not gotten a response.  I would
like to make my deck better even though i think it plys alright.  I have no
more Rocket's Zapdos and no Cleffa but if need be i could find a way to get
some.  Here is my deck.

Beatdown Clefable-Style
PKMN x16
Clefairy(Neo) x3
Clefable x3
Electabuzz x4
Rocket's Zapdos x1
Scyther x3
Igglybuff x2

TRAINERS x28
Bill x3
Computer Search x3
Scoop Up x3
Prof. Oak x3
Item Finder x3
Plus Power x3
Lass x2
SER x2
NGR x2
GoW x2
Gold Berry x2

ENERGY x16
Electric x11
DCE x3
Full Heal Nrgy x2

Strategy: The strategy is to hold off your opponent with cards like Scyther,
Electabuzz, and Rocket's Zapdos.   When Clefable is ready, use metronome to
use your opponent's best attacks against him/herself.  Igglybuff is used to
stop potential pokemon power disruptions.

I would really appreciate if you could help me fix my deck. Thank You

Hello...a Clefable deck eh. I've played a little bit of Clefable myself, so I think I can help ya here.

Pokémon
Drop a Scyther, Electabuzz and the lone Rocket's Zapdos. Playing 2 Scyther is enough, as well as 3 Electabuzz. The lone Rocket's Zapdos won't do much. That leaves you 3 slots...add in 3 Cleffa. Cleffa is the BEST setup you can ever have. Eeeeeeek/Lass is like a godly combo, and should be in MOST decks.

Energy
Drop 4 Lighting Energy. 7 Lighting should be plenty since your Support Hitter(Electabuzz) isn't energy consuming. Also, drop both Full Heal Energy. That will leave us with 6 Slots...throw in 3 Recycle Energy. Recycle Energy is a very good card. Use Super Energy Removal, and it goes back to your hand. Same goes with retreating etc.

That should be plenty of energy...we'll use the 3 extra slots for something below.

Trainers
Drop all 3 Bill and 2 Scoop up. Go another Professor Oak, Computer Search, Lass and 3 Energy Removal. I think adding in the 4th Oak and Search is self explainatory as well as the 3rd Lass. Energy Removal is fast and effective. It should help you against Sneasel, Steelix and Chansey. You also need a gym...hmmm...try Narrow Gym. It will be in there for a default purpose, in some situations it can act like a Scoop up though. Play 2 of those.

The deck should now look something like this,

Beatdown Clefable Style 1.2

-Pokémon(16)
3 Clefairy(NG)
3 Clefable
3 Cleffa
3 Electabuzz
2 Scyther
2 Igglybuff

-Trainers(31)
4 Professor Oak
4 Computer Search
3 Item Finder
3 Pluspower
3 Energy Removal
3 Lass
2 Gold Berry
2 Super Energy Removal
2 Gust of Wind
2 Nightly Garbage Run
2 Narrow Gym
1 Scoop up

-Energy(13)
7 Lighting Energy
3 Double Colorless Energy
3 Recycle Energy

I hope that helps. ^_^
