Well, I guess you can tell from the title of this section that things have changed a bit. I'm hereby kicking off my advice column. Most of the people who wrote in supported this idea (although one person did say that he liked the Jerry Springer idea better) and while another person characterized the idea of me doling out advice as "creepy," the response was overwhelmingly positive.
One person even submitted a question already, which is good because it gives me something to do with this space this week. So let's go!
I am a trainer of rock & genetically unstable pokemon. (ex. Eevee) I want to evolve one of my Eevees into a flareon but I have a few questions about stone evolutions
and fire pokemon. I'm asking you because ol' Dex isn't much help.
1. Do pokemon generally like stone evolutions? What are your thoughts?
2. How do you guys drink? Do you get enough moisture from the foods you eat?
3. Do fire pokemon have the same diets as regular pokemon?
4. Where does all that fire come from?
Well, that wraps things up. Oh yeah, have you heard of the Galaxy City Gym? It's east of Indigo Plateau
Okay. First of all, I think you should ask your EEVEE if he/she wants to be evolved. We Pokemon do have feelings, you know, and those feelings should be respected. Your Eevee may not want to evolve. If he/she does, he/she may not want to be a Flareon--did you ever think of that? Second of all, as I believe I've said before, Fire Pokemon and drinking is a very complicated subject that varies from Pokemon to Pokemon and requires a complex knowledge of anatomy to understand. For example, certain Pokemon such as the Charmander family do not drink at all. As for three... it depends on the Pokemon. I have vastly different dietary habits from a Ponyta, for example. And lastly, in response to your last question, it's a trade secret.
That's all for this week. Hopefully we'll have more next time!
