Eh.

1) This isn't most decks, this is Sponge, and Sponge can get away with things that most decks can't. This array of cards looks perfectly fine to me. 3 Mewtwo is perfect, just enough without being too many, and only an incredibly unlucky player would have any trouble finding one. Ditto is decent, and one Scyther is just perfect for when you need him (see my comment about finding cards when you need them.)

2) Eh, I can quibble a bit here on trainers. Need 3 Comp Search and at least 2 or 3 Item Finder, definitely. I'd probably strip away a Bill and a Scoop, possibly an SER as well. Actually, first I'd take out Lass, seeing as how only one of them won't help you much. Reworking this deck around Lass is definitely feasible and not a bad idea, but that's not what we're going to do here today.

3) You don't need 7 electric energy. Take one out and toss in another trainer of your choice instead.
