I call myself Pokijay, my name is Jay. I am wild about the game and now
I
finally have an outlet to play with the league here in my small town of
Victoria Texas. Anyway, please take a look at this deck - it seems to
really
dish it out sometimes and gets demolished in the next round against the
same
deck! I call it CONDUCTION.

3 potion energy, 3 potion, 2 full heal, 2 nightly garbage run, 2 bill

oak.
Stategy is to get voltorbs on the bench and to use e=trode's buzzap
which
turns into 2 of ANY energy! Where I run into trouble is I never seem to
have enough basics to play or never enough energy. They always seem to
hide! What can I do!?!?

Overview
This deck's problem is that it's unfocused. You don't really have any strategy other than
Buzzap, and that's not enough to stand on it's own. You still need solid attack power, and
you have way too few Trainers.

All you really need to do here is cut a family or two. The best cantidate is probably
Poliwrath. He's your only Water family, and he does pretty much the same thing as
Dragonair, who is already in the deck. You've still got three families, though, you should
probably cut one, maybe the Jolteon since you've only got one anyway. With a bit of the
space freed, we can add two more Buzz, another voltorb, and make the Dragons 4/3.
Trainers
Potion and Full Heal are too weak, let's take them out to open room for better Trainers.
You definitely need more card drawing, so add two Bill, one Oak, and three Com. Search.
Let's add four Plus Power and two Gust of Wind for quicker KO's.
Energy
No Water is necessary now, so just make it 17 Lightning. Full Heal Energy is a bit more
useful than Potion, too, so I'd switch those.
