Whoohoo. Here's another Classic Fix...this time, it's Fix #5(again, I think?)! >>>> "Slobro Damage Swap" by Stephen Tsai 7 fighting energy 7 electric energy 7 fighting energy 9 fire energy 2 DCE 3 hitmonchan 3 electabuzz 4 magamr( fossil ) 3 farfetch'd 4 slowpoke 3 slowbro 3 bill 2 professor oak 3 gust of wind 3 mr. fuji 3 pluspower THE STRATEGY: I try to get out the heavey hitters and swap damage to slowbro, then mr. fuji it away. >>>> And here's my original fix.... >>>> SATOSHI: Nice. Stephen has found a cost-effective way to create a decent damage swap( kind of ) deck! Still, there's work to be done. Here we go! First, I want to replace those farfetch'd with scyther. Sorry, but farfetch'd died when jungle came out. Anyway, I'd also like to take out one fossil magmar and put in one more DCE. That'll help power up scyther quicker. Everything else looks okay, but you may want to take out the pluspower and put in three pokemon center. That fits nicely with the slobro's strange behavior. Let's look at the finished product: 7 fighting energy 7 electric energy 9 fire energy 3 DCE 3 hitmonchan 3 electabuzz 3 magmar( fossil ) 3 scyther 4 slowpoke 3 slowbro 3 bill 2 professor oak 3 gust of wind 3 mr. fuji 3 pokemon center SATOSHI: Yep. That'll do it nicely. Very nice deck idea, Stephen. Make the recommended changes, and this deck will soar on the tournament scene. Good Luck and Happy Gaming! >>>> Okay, let's see what we can do with this...again, I must have been not thinking...or perhaps I was more random than I thought back then. x_X;; Pokémon (19) 3 hitmonchan 3 electabuzz 3 magmar( fossil ) 3 scyther 4 slowpoke 3 slowbro ...*twitch*...Okay, I look at this selection and the first thing that pops into my mind is "Rocket's Zapdos. Where is he?" So ditch the Hitmonchan for some Rocket's Zapdos. Scyther can stay, but in 2 rather than three. Make the remaining Scyther and the three Magmar 2 Cleffa and 2 Tyrogue. Next, kill off the Slowbro line for another Cleffa and some desperately needed Trainer space. Pokémon (13) 3 rocket's zapdos 3 electabuzz 3 cleffa 2 tyrogue 2 scyther We've got 6 Spaces to play with in the Trainer area: 3 bill 2 professor oak 3 gust of wind 3 mr. fuji 3 pokemon center ...And we need them all. =/ Ditch the Fuji and the Pokémon Center for three Computer Search and three Itemfinder. Next, let's put those extra spaces to use by adding another Comp. Search, Itemfinder, two more Professor Oak, and 2 Nightly Garbage Run. Finally, use the last two spaces and kill two Gust of Wind for 3 Lass and a Narrow Gym: Trainers (22) 4 professor oak 3 bill 4 computer search 4 itemfinder 2 nightly garbage run 3 lass 1 narrow gym 1 gust of wind Energy (26) 7 fighting energy 7 electric energy 9 fire energy 3 DCE Wow. Too much. Ditch 7 Fighting, 9 Fire(duh), and add one Recycle, three Metal, and three Lighting. Energy (17) 10 electric energy 3 metal energy 3 DCE 1 recycle energy Going back to the Trainers, add 4 SER, 4 ER, and another Gust. Trainers (30) 4 professor oak 3 bill 4 computer search 4 itemfinder 2 nightly garbage run 3 lass 1 narrow gym 2 gust of wind 4 super energy removal 4 energy removal There. Another base-rocket deck fixed up all nice and pretty. ;x Good luck and happy gaming!
