I kinda like this!  But I do have a few suggestions.

First, Nidoqueen is a waste of paper.  Use Nidoking, and you'll be getting
somewhere.

Meowth and Persian?  Hm... ya know, Jiggly/Wiggly might be better here. 
They would certainly give you another beatdown poké to rely upon.

Your trainers look quite good, but you can drop a Bill for another Scyther. 
You're lookin' good, so keep it up.
