Hm!  Interesting!  It's rare to see a mono-water deck that isn't a
raindance.  Of course, with Blasty you could put the E down much faster, but
I think you might do fine even without him.

Let me see... I like all of your pokémon selections.  I don't think you'll
need the 4th Dragonair or Golduck, however.  You can drop those each to 3
without sacrificing speed.  With those 2 open card slots, add in a couple of
Oaks.  Extra card drawing is nice.

You're running a little low on the energy, so you might consider dropping a
Bill for an ERetrieval.  Hm... you're still fairly low on energy, but I
think it's manageable.  Other than that, this looks pretty darn good.  You
have a total energy denial theme goin' on here, which is extremely annoying
to play against.  Keep up the good work.
