I like this deck. It's a strategy that doesn't get
used often enough. But let's take a closer look.

1) Your Pokemon are all excellent and fit the theme
well. Make sure that your Magnetons are Fossil,
because this way they will do more damage when they
blow up. I would advise replacing Ditto with Clefairy.
For one thing, he can do the same attacks for the same
or less energy. For another thing, if your opponent
sends out a Chansey, Clefairy can kill himself with
Double-Edge where Ditto could not. I think that's
about it.

2) I think you should take out a couple of Super
Potions (you want to be saving your energy to
self-destruct) and replace them with 2 more Scoops.
You can actually lose on the first turn if you have
only one basic and you Scoop it. Let's also replace
Pokemon Center with another grass energy (for the same
reason as we dropped Super Potion.) That should be
about it.

3) You've got the right energy cards. Just make sure
you can get what you need in time before your opponent
can kill your Pokes himself. Though I suppose that
wouild still fit the theme, wouldn't it? (namely, to
lose as quickly as possible)

4) I like the strategy with Vader and Thunderbolt. But
I think you could carry this new and original strategy
just a bit further. I'll think about this...

I didn't bother to add the cards up since I think you
were over the limit in your original deck. ( I *know*
you had more than 20 Pokemon in there.) I added the
negators because they work with the strategy of
confusing the hell out of your opponent. In order to
get them out, I would recommend taking a ballpoint pen
and scribbling "SWAMP" on all of your energy cards.
You may also want to write "DARK RITUAL" on your
Potions. This way you can use them either as Pokemon
cards or proxies, should the need arise. When you
attack with the Negators, point out that your opponent
can't legally block because he doesn't control any
Magic creatures. Assuming you've successfully
convinced him that you're playing Magic, you should be
able to batter him to 0 life within a couple turns.
Anyway, this is a good deck. Let me know how it does!

Must...keep...straight...face...
