Dude, this has to be one of the best decks I've ever
seen. Not in the sense that it could hose almost
anything else, but in the sense that it needs very
little work to reach its full potential. Your weakness
to Fire is looking kinda scary, especially with Magmar
booming in popularity, so you may want to consider
adding in a couple more colorless Pokemon, or some
psy-weak Grass types. Also, a Breeder or two would not
be out of line here. I'm not sure what you'd take out
if you decide to add some stuff, but Venomoth looks
like perhaps a good bet. Not that it's not an awesome
Pokemon--it is--but there may be better choices for
this particular deck.

You've done a great job putting this deck together, so
I'm gonna let you do the play-testing and figure out
what works for you, keeping my advice in mind. You're
strategy isn't entirely new (well, the Scoops might
be, most people use Center) but that doesn't mean it's
bad! By the way, Vulpix loved the anecdote. We've had
a few games like that ourselves.

I guess that's pretty much it. Note no card listing.
That's a testament to your mad skillz :-)
