First of all, I want to commend you for the way in
which you listed your deck's contents so as to permit
easy reading. I especially enjoyed your use of the
"CAPS LOCK" key, as all those capitals are much easier
for me to see. In all honesty, I should note that I am
lying. You were lucky. The fact that reading your deck
gave me a headache wasn't *quite* enough to make me
trash it out of hand. I gotta start raising my
standards...

1) Squinting at the list of Pokemon, I notice a few
bad things. A--Basic Zapdos. B--Magneton (there are
better ways to get your bench damage, we'll cover that
in a sec.) C--Fighting weakness. Farfetch'd and the
Zapdos don't do quite enough to counteract this. Okay,
first, the big Basic Set bird has to go. We'll use the
space to add in some better fighting resistance in
just a second. It is not worth shedding 4+ electric
energy just to get a quick 100 damage. I'd rather use
Charizard, and that's truly scary. Second of all, your
point with regard to the Magneton family is valid, but
there are better ways to do bench damage. Keep in mind
that for every Magneton that explodes, your opponent
gets a prize, and while you may get prizes too, you
also run out of Pokemon a lot faster. You're also
blowing your OWN bench to smithereens, not just your
opponent's. And if you try to combo him with
defenders, you burn up card space that could be put to
WAY better use. Sweet deal, huh? Instead, I would
recommend Jungle Pikachu and Fossil Raichu. Fossil
Raichu is (well, aside from the new Zapdos) the word
in bench destruction. Lastly, the Farfetch'd vs.
Scyther debate. Despite the new popularity of Magmar,
I still think Scyther is far superior. Keep in mind
that Scyther can retreat for free, has more HP, and
that most haymakers are still running Electabuzz as
well. So let's put in 3 Scythers (we'll take out the
Farfetch'd, and we have slots left over from dropping
Zapdos earlier.) Lastly, Wiggly! Well, I don't see any
problem (other than making a glaring fighting weakness
even worse) so I suppose I'll leave him if you want.
You need another Jigglypuff, but that is easily
arranged. Oh, yes, Electabuzz. Good choice. Leave it
at that.

2) Your trainers look mostly solid. But I have to
point out that if you hadn't put that energy monster
Zapdos in your deck in the first place, you wouldn't
NEED those energy retrievals! Drop them to two (we
will take them out altogether if need be, but they're
not horrible.) I'm tempted to leave the Defenders in
(since they combo with the remaining Zapdos and
Electabuzz) but we need the card space badly, so out
they go. If you really want them back in, you can take
out the PlusPowers instead and only drop 1 Defender.
Now what to add in? You've made the job easy for me,
thankfully. Put in another Bill and (duh) 4 Energy
Removals. That should do 'er.

3) Energy. Well, because of Energy Retrieval, we
shouldn't have any real problems. DCE works well with
Scy and Wiggly.

Adding up my recommendations, I found that I was two
cards short. Since it seems like I carefully added and
deleted to mantain a steady number of cards, it's
probable that this was a problem in your original
deck. I don't ordinarily check for things like that if
the deck looks good--perhaps I should. You could use
those slots for just about anything--I decided to go
for another Bill and PlusPower. Raising Pikachu/Raichu
to 4-3 would also be an idea. Anyway--good luck with
this deck!
