Mmm, a haymaker with Wiggly. Nothing original there.
Is that bad? Not neccessarily. Is it a solid deck
concept? Most definitely. Shall we?

1) I don't know. The jury is still out on Hitmonlee's
effectiveness. I haven't had the opportunity to really
play against one so far--in the only game I've faced
one, it got ashed by a fourth turn Ninetales :-) I
have to say that I would really rather play with
Hitmonchan, as I feel it's a more solid choice
overall. Nevertheless, I can't really argue against
him, so I'll leave him. Same for the Electabuzzes.
It's with your Colorless Pokemon that I feel compelled
to speak up. You really need Scyther. You don't need
grass energy, but you do need Scyther. Despite the
current popularity of Fossil Magmar, Scyther is about
as close to the perfect fighting hoser as you're going
to get, especially considering that many fighting
Pokemon are weak to him. Lickitung is also dubious.
Why is he in there? Staller? Psychic hoser? (wouldn't
make much sense with Jiggly/Wiggly already in there)
In either case, Kangaskhan is probably better. Now,
I've gotten up on my Kangaskhan soapbox before, so you
all know the arguments. Fetch is excellent; I'd rather
draw cards than Scrunch or Wrap. Comet Punch makes an
excellent attack in a pinch. Plus, Kanga looks cooler
:-) Mmm, I haven't commented on Jiggly/Wiggly yet.
Probably because they don't really need comment. It's
a Wigglymaker dammit! I'm starting to rant. Need some
more tranquilizers.

2) Trainers...Your trainers seem sensible. Except for
one thing...you have 4 PlusPower listed *twice*. Is
this some sort of a trick? "No, Mr. Judge--I don't
have eight PlusPowers. See? I have four of them...and
then, I have four MORE of them. You see the
difference?" I'm going to assume a typo on your part
(as opposed to either ignorance or maleific intent)
which means that we have four slots to work with right
away. This can only be good. I'm going to use the
slots to stick in two Computer Searches and two GOWs,
both essential cards, in here. I wish we had the space
for more good trainers, but we're tight as it is. If
you want to drop the Kangaskhan (or Lickitung or
whatever) you can sneak a couple extra goodies in
here. See how it does, and don't fix it if it ain't
broke.

3) Energy looks okay. The emphasis is obviously on
DCE. Electric energy seems a tad bit low, but I've
seen decks that run well on around this much. The
Energy Retrieval helps here, which is why I opted to
leave those. Anything else I can say 'bout energy? Ah,
heck with it, it's almost midnight and I need to get
this done.

I have personally never played against a Wigglytuff
deck. I really need to start playing in tournaments,
but so far lack of time and funds have limited me to
the Pokemon League. There's an (unnamed) shop near me
where semiformal tournaments are held (in fact,
according to Top of the World, a few very good players
hang out there) but the unfriendly tourney times, not
to mention the fact that they charge kids something
like $10 for boosters, make it unlikely that I'll be
seen there. Anyway, enough about me. Good deck. A few
holes, but nothing a bunch of rares couldn't fix :-)
