Need some work here. There's some good stuff, but many
of your card choices seem fairly random. Let's see
what can be done.

1) First of all, you need another Haunter. And for
Pete's sake make sure all of your ghosts are Fossil!
People, there is no longer any excuse for having Basic
ghosts. Fossil's been out for a good while. If you
must include them, enclose a profuse apology such as:
"Forgive me great Spike, for I have sinned. I am only
using these crappy ghosts until I can scrape together
enough allowance for more packs of Fossil." Now then.
I shouldn't even be seeing Abra here. Get him out of
my sight. And make up your mind regarding Mime and
Mewtwo! Drop one of them and add one of the other.
Here I would recommend the mime, but Mewtwo (assuming
the movie version) is also okay. Finally, your
colorless Pokemon (and I include Scyther under that
label) are also quite random. Make no mistake, you
need them (otherwise psy resistance would virtually
shut you down.) Tauros and Chansey kind of suck. Try
more Scyther. Kangaskhan is also a good bet, and has
the side effect of helping protect you from other
psychic decks.

2) Trainers. This is another place where a good
disclaimer such as "I don't have very many trainers"
comes in handy. But don't think that I'm going to shy
away from recommending the good stuff. Unless you
explain to me that your parents are stationed at an
Antarctic research platform and that all your cards
have to be airlifted in, I'm going to assume that you
can get good trainers one way or another.
Anyway...Start by taking out the Super Potion, SER
(regular ER is better in most cases), the Pokeball,
the Recycle and the Pokedex. Add in another Oak, a
Bill or two, and a couple more Energy Removals, not to
mention Computer Search (take out the trader unless
you really need it). With 23 energy in a mono deck,
you shouldn't really need Energy Retrieval, but we can
leave it in if you want and if we have no need for the
space. Unless you have a specific reason for the
Potion and the "Power Plus," take them out for
Switches and GOW's. That should be about it.

3) Even in this deck, you don't need that much energy.
Drop it to 22 psy. You can also take out a DCE if you
want.

If you never find yourself using the energy retrieval,
why not exchange them for another colorless Poke, not
to mention another trainer like Bill, Oak, Computer
Search--or anything you need. Or you could keep them
around for those (hopefully rare) occasions when you
can't draw enough energy from your deck... At any
rate, this deck is significantly better now than it
was before, at least in my opinion. Play around with
the Mime vs. Mewtwo thing to see which works better.
That's all for now. Take care...
