Where do I start? This appears to be a very solid deck... the only thing that I can really offer you for advice is to get your basic pokemon a little higher in quantity. You only have 11 right now, so bring that up to 14 at least. And bring your energy amount up to 20 basic and 4 double colorless. Well, let's dig into your deck.

The first area of all decks is what pokemon to use. You've made a bold statement in your intentions with your deck. Quick and powerful using Fighting/Fire/Colorless. You've done a great job of selecting pokemon to get the job done too! Let's just add a few more of them... and let's replace the Chansey's with Kangaskhans... with Comet Punch, they are almost as effective as Chansey, can stall nearly as well, and have the nifty built-in fetch attack... great for decks like yours that want to draw a lot of cards.

Pokemon (14 Basic + NO Evols = 14 Total):
4 Magmar
3 Hitmochan
1 Hitmonlee
3 Kangaskhan
3 Scyther

The idea behind this mix is getting out a Kangaskhan early and fetching to get the cards you need OR getting out a Magmar/Hitmochan for the quick KO. Now, let's mix up our energy... as I mentioned earlier... 20/4 creates a good mix.

Energy (20 Basic + 4 DCE = 24 Total):
10 Fire
10 Fighting
4 Double-Colorless Energy

Lastly, we add our trainers. We've got room for (60 - 14 - 24 = 22 left) 22 trainers! We, of course, need 4 Bill. With this card we get to draw 2 more cards! Perfect to help us get that energy, trainer, or pokemon we're trying desperately to get. Also, let's keep the computer search and only 1 of the Professor Oaks... we'll toss in a Gambler also to help us with card drawing. Since we are playing with Kangaskhan, who has a huge retreat cost, we're going to have to play with something to get him out of the way when we want to go in for a KO. Since you have them currently in your deck, we'll go with the Scoop Ups. Other great trainers for this style of deck include Gust of Wind, Plus Power, Energy Removal, and Super Energy Removal. All of which I see you chose to make use of in the deck you submitted. Let's see what I can do to balance these with the card drawing above...

Trainers (22 Total):
4 Bill
1 Computer Search
1 Professor Oak
1 Gambler
3 Scoop Up
3 Gust of Wind
3 Energy Removal
3 Super Energy Removal
3 Plus Power

Good luck with your deck. Hopefully you'll find even more success now!
