Good start here, Josten. A few things to note right from the start with your deck... try to build decks with 14-18 basic pokemon. Yours only has 11, which is going to make it difficult to get pokemon into play. You also are a *little* high on Energy, just a slot or two, so we'll free up that for the basic pokemon. The other thing that I have to ask... how do you deal with fighting resistance? With only 2 Ponyta/1 Rapidash and 1 Jigglypuff/1 Wigglytuff, it is going to make your life miserable when you face the world of Spearow/Fearow, Scyther, Doduo/Dodrio, Farfetch'd, Charizard, Beedrill... and tons of others with that Fighting -30 resistance. Sure Special Punch can squeak through for 10 damage... but if your opponent did get out that Charizard... that's 12 turns to take it out... by which time its decimated your bench. =( ... we need to get something more in your deck that can work off of colorless energy and is either colorless or another color.

There are several good pokemon to choose to deal damage to fighting resistant pokemon. I'm going to list some of the better ones, and ultimately let you pick which you think you can get for the deck and add those to it. You already have a couple of ponyta, which is great, but I think you really need to have at least 4-6 pokemon to deal with this serious threat. We'll leave your two ponyta in the deck, then try to choose 4 more from this list.

Good Pokemon for Fighting Decks to deal with Fighting Resistance:

Porygon is probably the weakest choice in the above list, but I've seen it put to very effective use. Against some of your larger pokemon with fighting resistance (Charizard, Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno), spending the energy and time to throw Porygon up, change the resistance, and back him off is actually somewhat effective. Forcing your opponent to choose to either let you start Special Punching their once-resistant Pokemon or retreating it for a huge cost puts them in a tough spot. Where you retreated Porygon for 1 energy, they usually look to spend 3... making them usually decide to deal with the lack of resistance.

Overall though, I suggest trying to get the pokemon in the order I listed above... Scyther is best, followed by Kangaskhan and Farfetch'd for dealing with those troublesome pokemon.

Alright, now that we've decided what to do... let's look at the Pokemon we might want to use for our Fighting Force deck!

Pokemon (minor remix): Pokemon (remix with more rares):
(15 Basic + 5 Evols = 20 Total) (15 Basic + 2 Evols = 17 Total)
4 Pokemon (from above)
2 Ponyta
2 Hitmochan
1 Hitmonlee
3 Machop
2 Machoke
1 Machamp
3 Rhyhorn
2 Rhydon
4 Pokemon (from above)
2 Ponyta
4 Hitmochan
2 Hitmonlee
3 Rhyhorn
2 Rhydon
Now we mix up our energy. I highly recommend 20/4.

Energy (20 Basic + 4 DCE = 24 Total):
20 Fighting Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy

And lastly, we need to choose trainers. Our deck is mostly quick hitting. So, Plus Powers are going to fit in nicely to this deck. Also, fighting decks do nicely with Energy Removal, as you seem to have already known by the previous choice in trainers you had. With the minor remix above, we have room for (60 - 20 - 24 = 16 left) 16 trainers, and the major remix we have (60 - 17 - 24 = 19 left) 19 slots for trainers. Adding our normal card drawing, and then the quick hitting and energy removal themes... here is a good mix that will keep you punching!

Trainers (16 Total): Trainers (19 Total):
4 Bill
1 Professor Oak
1 Gambler
3 Gust of Wind
3 Plus Power
3 Energy Removal
1 Super Energy Removal
4 Bill
1 Professor Oak
1 Gambler
3 Gust of Wind
3 Plus Power
3 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
2 Item Finder

Good luck with your deck!
