24 WATER ENERGY 4 DOUBLE COLLORLESS
<<Hmm, you don't need quite this much energy-a rain dance can get along with
18-23 due to rain dancin' all night long. So we can spare some of these
energy cards.>>

>3 BLASTOISE
>2 CHANSEY
>1 DITTO
>2 LAPRAS
>1 GYARADOS
>1 POLIWRATH
>2 ARTICUNO
>2 POLWHIRL
>2 POLIWAG
>2 WARTORTLE
>3 SQUIRTLE
>1 MAGIKARP
<<You over did it a little here. It would probably be smart just to go with
the Gyrados line-he's quicker then Poliwrath. Also, I don't think we'll need
the colorless basics.>>

NOW THE TRAINERS

>3 GAMBLER
>4 BILL
>4 RECYCLE
<<This is your weak point, we need more trainers. GOW will help ya get those
Mew/Two's before they have a chance. And there's countless other Trainers
that will help you out alot.>>

I think taking out about 8 energy would be a good idea, and keep your
pokemon mix down to either the Gyrados line or Poliwrath line + Blastoise
and yer water basics. You'll want to expand on them appropiatley, if you go
with Poliwrath either go 3-2-1 or 4-3-2 depending on how much you think
you'll use him. If you wanna go with Gyrados go 3-2 or 4-3. Some GOW like I
explained above will help you with your metagame problems, 3 or 4 would be
nice. Item Finders are usually more efficient then Recycles, you can replace
all the Recycles with Finders, or maybe make it 2 Recycles 2 Item Finders.
You need to get Blastoise out QUICK, so add Comp. Searches and/or Pokemon
Traders. Finally some Energy Retrievals will help you against ERs and SERs.
