This is fairly easy to fix... get more of each card. When you do that i'll
do a full fix.
There are just too few multiples in this deck to give it any sort of
consistency.
The pokemon are too varied to make up any strategy at the moment... you'll
need one of those. There are some very promising pokemon in this deck, and
if you had more of them you could make up a good deck; or if you had more of
each you could make some good decks (see the plurality?). Well at least you
didn't use any pokemon that are never seen in any decks, and are mostly
useless.
One more thing, try to keep the number of types of pokemon around 1-3.

Aside from a few trainers, and the fact that once again you don't have
enough of each, it's a good set.

Too much energy in the deck (34!!!). Use only the energy you're gonna need
(cut out pokemon that don't fit the strategy and then their energy), and try
to cut it down to below 25 total energy cards if you could.

In summary try to figure out a strategy, and then pick the appropriate
pokemon, trainers, and energy best suited for it. I'll help you pick them
out if you need me to. After you've picked all that, get more of each card
that you're going to use.

Hope this helps.

p.s. This is being posted as a sort of before and after type of deck.
