>Hi,
>This deck is almost done, I'm putting the final touches on it rite now. I haven't play-tested it yet,(I still need 2 more Scyther), but I made a similer, but very pathetic, copy of it, and it does good.
>Statagy: Get Himonchan or Scther out fast, knock out a couple pokemon, then bench your active, and stall with Mr.Mime until you have a few benched and charged pokemon, then go in for the kill.

>Ahhh...a well constructed deck!  I'll only make a few suggestions but for the most part it looks ready to go!

Pokemon
I like Jynx, it is a great psychic "hay" card.  I took it out for 2 reasons...one being you already have a cheaper version of Meditate with Mr. Mime and two because it requires 2 psychic energy.  2 of the same color energy can be difficult to find early in a game.  I replaced Jynx with Fossil Magmar, Electabuzz could easily be in this place as well

Trainers
This deck is an offensive deck...the trainers reflect this.

Energy
Don't freak out when you see my numbers.  Try out the deck and see how well Energy search works in this type of deck.  Don't play it right away if you don't need to, save it for when you need a certain energy type at that moment!  Energy retrieval belongs in this deck...maybe more.  I also upped the card drawing to help get more energy.

3 Hitmonchan
3 Mr. Mime
3 Fossil Magmar
3 Scyther
2 Pinsir

4 Bill
4 Plus Powers
4 Energy Removal
3 Professor Oak
3 Gust of Wind

3 Psychic
6 Fighting
4 Fire
7 Leaf
3 Double Colorless Energy
4 Energy Search
2 Energy Retrieval

Hope this helps!  Have Fun!
