10 + 32 + 18 = 60
The strategy is rather new: Build up as many Steel on Chansey as you can to prevent damage from Double-Edge and the opponent. If you can get all four on it, he takes NO damage from Double-Edge (10 less damage done by Double-Edge to Chansey, 10 prevented) and does 40 to the opponent. That's pretty good when it's also preventing the opponent's damage. Gold Berry is to increase Chansey's longevity so I don't have to get my Steel back all the time, and Ecogym is ER protection. MP Mewtwo and Energy Absorption/Energy Flow is another energy recursion tool. The DCE is for quick attacks if need be, and everything else should be self explanatory...

Hiya Giovanni! The good ol’ Chansey/Steel Energy combo…looks pretty nice. Good organization there too ^_^
Hmmm, first thing I see here is MP Mewtwo. Due to the popularity of Wigglytuff, I wouldn’t suggest using this guy. Let’s put in Rocket’s Zapdos instead to further cover Chansey’s weakness more. Then you might want to add in another Rocket’s Zapdos to increase your chance of getting a basic on your first time since you do run low basics. The Rocket’s Zapdos also work well with the Gold Berries.
Since you run those hard to replace Steel/DCE Energies, I’d take out the 2 Misty’s Wrath. Add in 1 Item Finder and you’ll be able to get an extra Oak back during play if you want. I really don’t think you’ll need GoW very much in this deck, so you could drop those and add another RSA. Add in 3 PlusPower for that extra little surprise and you should be good to go!

Psychic energies have been
changed to Lightning due to Zapdos. Also because of Rocket’s Zapdos we’re able
to run less energy here, so we dropped an Energy here.
