I JUST MADE THIS NEW DECK THAT HAS DONE FAIRLY WELL IN THE
TOURNEYS I'VE ENTERED IT IN. BUT I THINK IT CAN DO BETTER. MY MAIN PROBLEM
IS NOT HAVING ENOUGH FIRE ENERGY. BUT I DON'T WHAT TO TAKE ANYTHING

4 FOSSIL MAGMAR ( A GREAT BASIC )
2 MOLTRES ( LOVE THAT WILDFIRE )
4 GROWLITHES ( I LOVE WHAT HE EVOLVES INTO )
3 ARCANINE ( A GREAT HEAVY HITTER )
3 ELECTABUZZ ( HELPS ME AGAINST MY MAIN WEAKNESS, WATER )
2 DITTO ( HELPS ME AGAINST POKEMON THAT MY OTHERS CAN'T HANDLE )
2 PLUS POWER
3 ENERGY SEARCH
2 COMPUTER SEARCH
4 POTION ( HELPS ME WHEN I USE TAKE DOWN OR THUNDERPUNCH )
8 ELECTRIC ENERGY
13 FIRE ENERGY
MY STRATEGY IS TO GET OUT MAGMAR OR ELECTABUZZ , BOTH POWER UP FAST , AND
HOLD OFF MY OPPONENT UNTIL I CAN POWER UP AN ARCANINE
AND FINISH EVERYBODY OFF. MY DECKS NAME IS FIRE BLAST. THANX!
SATOSHI: Hmmm....Beofre I begin, I'd like to point out that the maker of
this deck told me what his Strategy and Problem(s). This makes it a lot
easier to fix his deck. Anyway, here we go!
Okay, you've got someone in to help with your water weakness(that's always
good). However, I'd really suggest taking him out in favor of three scyther.
Electabuzz requires a certain type of energy, and this is part of your fire
energy troubles. Take out the three buzz for three scyther.
All the other pokemon look okay.
Now, to help with your fire energy shortage, I'm going to add four energy
retrieval in place of four potion. They may be a part of your strategy, but
the energy retrieval would be much more helpfull.
Now that buzz is gone, let's change that electric energy into fire. I'm
going to leave the three DCE ijn to help power up ditto and scyther.
All in all, I think that this is an okay deck. Fire beat down, while fun to
play, is hazardous when paried up against a raindance deck. Just hope you
get an arcanine out before they can power up blastoise!
