Actually, your deck appears fairly solid. If you want to really move to a deck to take down Damage Swap, there are a lot of choices. Simply adding Grimer/Muk to your deck would probably be enough, taking out the Lickitungs and Snorlaxes, however we'll look at how you might remix your deck into a total killer of Damage Swap. Since you aren't familiar with them, let me tell you a little bit about the Fossil Magmar. He's 70HP, has a Smokescreen attack for 1 Fire energy (does 10 damage and a chance your opponent won't hit you next turn), and for 2 Fire energy he has Smog (20 damage and a chance to poison). All around, he's an excellent fire starter. With decks that have Arcanine, the legendary puppy, or Ninetails, the legendary kitsune, you should always focus on making sure you have some good starters that will keep your opponent busy while you build them up. Since you very specifically are looking to improve your deck against your friends, I'd recommend switching away from the Arcanine family to the Ninetails family. This pretty fox, by herself, can take out Alakazam by Luring it forward one turn, then Fire Spinning it for 80 the next turn... KO. Alakazam's 3 retreat make it difficult for your opponent to pull him back to safety before you heat things up. Also, Snorlax and Lickitung aren't going to help you much against your foe, so we're going to consider another pokemon instead of them... Muk. This card will shut down Mr. Mime, Snorlax, and Alakazam instantly. As long as Muk is in play (can be on your bench), none of the Pokemon Powers in play will work! Deadly against damage swap. I think we'll also switch the Electabuzzes out for Scythers. This will give you resistance to fighting, for when you play others, but just as importantly, you can Swords Dance when your opponent's Chansey scrunches, making your attack worthwhile, rather than a waste of time.

Pokemon (14 Basic + 6 Evols = 20 Total):
3 Grimer
3 Muk
3 Scyther
4 Magmar (Fossil)
4 Vulpix
3 Ninetails

Since grass is more of a support theme, and we don't need it to play this deck, we'll cut the amount of grass down considerably. Scyther can run his Slash attack without grass, though we'd like it for the Swords Dance maneuver. Additionally, Grimer and Muk will hopefully not have to be attackers.

Energy (20 Basic + 4 DCE = 24 Total):
14 Fire
6 Grass
4 Double Colorless Energy

Finally, as I mentioned, we want to really change the focus of our trainers. We will want some card drawing, but we'll also want cards that disrupt our opponent. Namely, Gust of Wind and Super Energy Removal. We've got room for (60 - 20 - 24 = 16) 16 trainers.

Trainers (16 Total):
4 Bill
1 Gambler
2 Computer Search
4 Super Energy Removal
3 Gust of Wind
2 Energy Retrieval

Hope you blast your opponent right out of the game!
