The Lady's Deck Fixes #00152
From:

Deck Name: Mewtwo's Transforming Haymaker

Strategy: As the name says, this is basically a Haymaker that runs Promo Mewtwo and Ditto. Hitmonchan was replaced with Promo Mewtwo. It has the basic focus of normal Haymakers. The problem I have had is getting the trainer mix right. I really need some help. So, here it is.

Changes

As you can tell, I'm not the Meta-Gamers Deck Mechanic. I've always had a policy of "Work with what is there." I can only look at what you are offering me and give me advice based on what you have here. I think that it's generally a good deck, and that you may be able to discover your own ways of tweaking it by playing it over and over again. When you play, ask yourself which cards you seem to get but never use... which cards do you never get but need... you can help yourself fix your own decks by just sitting down and playing.

My Suggestions

ARRG Promo Mewtwo!
You mentioned that you only have Farfetch'd in the deck because you didn't have enough Scyther. Two Scyther will work until such time as you get another one; remove the single Farfetch'd or add one more.
You might also do well to add 2 Mr. Mime

3 Mewtwo (promo)
3 Electabuzz
2 Scyther
3 Ditto

Trainers (24)

Since you thought your trainers were the problem, I'll look at them more carefully. Haymaker's basic idea was to have basic Pokèmon with relatively high HP who had attacks with low energy costs.
You have most of the important trainers, Bill, Oak, PlusPower, Gust... but no switch. Add 2 switch to the deck to make for easy retreats. To pay for the additional Pokemno and Trainers, Remove 1 Energy Removal, 1 SER, 1 Scoop Up, and Remove the 1 Item Finder. Since you only have one, it is unlikely for it to be useful.

Aside from these changes, I don't really see how else to "fix" your trainer problem. I don't really see a problem with your trainers. If you think your deck isn't starting off as quickly as you would like, you could try switching out your Energy Removals for Pokèmon Traders or something like that.

Take out 1 DCE to compensate for extra trainers/Pokèmon Etc. Otherwise, I think your deck will work fine.
